个人简介

 

王会娟,2011年获得西北大学生物化学与分子生物学博士学位,自2011年至今于yl23455永利官网生物技术系任教,硕士生导师,国家微检测系统工程技术研究中心研发中心主任,中国药理学会药物基因组学专业委员会副秘书长。2016年度陕西省青年科技新星。

主要研究方向
研究方向一:药物基因组学,主要包括多态性CYP450体外功能研究、抗肿瘤药物基因型-表型研究、肿瘤耐药机制研究、基因检测技术的开发及临床基因检测产品的开发和应用。
研究方向二:疾病的分子致病机制研究,主要采用多组学技术对单基因遗传病(如先天性甲减,苯丙酮尿症)或复杂疾病(如子痫前期)的致病基因和分子致病机制进行研究。
